Shipping Information:


Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Shipping time may take longer than expected due to customs or PO. address buyers need to co-operate. Vintagevastra.com team pack and dispatch customer’s order as early as payment received in our account. We use DHL/FedEx/UPS for shipping of product but at some places we use other shipping companies. Product Return:

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process.
